Return & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet been shipped or entered the production/processing stage.

Once an order has been shipped or production has begun, we may no longer be able to cancel it. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@qingqianshi.com.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition in which you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at service@qingqianshi.com to request return instructions and confirm your return eligibility.

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer or send a return without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after it has been approved:

Check your bank or payment account again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as posting times may vary.
Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.
